Since 2020, our world has changed in ways that we never imagined and at a pace that is mind blowing. Our national, state, and local economies look nothing like they did prior to the pandemic. Everything and everyone in our communities has been forced to adapt to a new fiscal normal. As a result, our businesses have faced enormous financial pressures in a relatively short period of time. We face the reality that we must either adapt or fail. 

This seminar presents an analysis of financial factors affecting a funeral homes’ ability to serve their communities both today and for years to come. This requires that, at a minimum, a funeral home achieves and maintains financial stability. If a funeral home wishes to secure its future it must strive for financial strength. Caring for our communities is only possible when both the at-need and pre-need functions are built on a solid foundation with practiced principles.
