CANA Executive Director Barbara Kemmis will join us for this presentation and will review their 2020 cremation statistics, with emphasis on current trends and market fluctuations specific to Northeast states. Discussing critical questions, this interactive session will identify strategies to provide exemplary service to consumers in today's market.

The program will include a custom analysis of the national research focusing on the Northeast states. We’ll also address 2020 “excess deaths” and how that may impact call volume and funeral home operations in the near future. Key takeaways from this session include:

  • Understand national and state statistical trends
  • Identify strategies to remain competitive in today's market.
  • Identify how current market trends will impact businesses
