PFDA continuously monitors proposed legislation that would have a direct impact on every funeral home in Pennsylvania. We need your financial support to ensure that your interests are protected. Donations made to the Funeral Service PAC will be strategically deployed to support key members of the PA House and Senate who can best advocate for the issues we feel are important. Your contribution will provide critical support to ensure favorable legislation is passed and unfavorable legislation is blocked. Your personal contribution will ensure the help of legislators who support and understand funeral service issues. To make a contribution to the Funeral Service PAC, please click below.

PFDA fully supports the state licensing law and facilities inspections requirements. In order to be in full compliance with funeral laws established by the Commonwealth, the funeral home, the funeral director and the funeral supervisor must all have valid licenses. Protect yourself from unlicensed facilities and providers. Consumers can verify that funeral directors and funeral homes have a valid license.
