The Founders:

Tim Hale is the co-founder of NE Energy LLC and a dedicated, results-driven energy professional with experience spanning multiple sectors of the energy business. 

Tim, grew up in Clearfield, PA and is a graduate of Penn State University. Tim spent several decades in Houston, Texas where he has founded several energy trading companies and developed many unique energy products.  Returning home to Pennsylvania, Tim co-founded NE Energy LLC.

Tim is consistently identifying opportunities for growth and improvement while relying on experience and market knowledge to assist with recommendations. His ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate complex challenges has enabled him to help grow NE Energy LLC into a successful firm.

Outside of his professional endeavors Tim and his wife Janet, enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, dogs and travel.

Ian Delaney is the Co- Founder and Managing Partner of NE Energy LLC. Ian provides strategic leadership to determine the company’s continued growth ensuring future success. Since establishing NE Energy, Ian has focused on delivering efficient, reliable and unique energy solutions in a diverse and dynamic market.

Ian grew up in central Pennsylvania; graduated from York College of Pennsylvania and attended Misericordia University earning a Master’s Degree. 

With several years of experience in operations management and purchasing energy commodities for industries throughout the Mid- Atlantic, he moved into business development - ultimately co-founding NE Energy LLC.
