Hotel Room Rate: $215.00 per room per night plus 11% taxes The room rate discount ends January 15, 2024. After this date, rooms and the group rate may no longer be available.
Guests who prefer to call to make reservations may call 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for PA Funeral Directors Association. The reservations team is available seven days a week from 8 AM - 8 PM to assist you.
Conference Registration Fees: Licensed Funeral Director (PFDA Member): $700 Licensed Funeral Director (Non-Member): $750 Funeral Supplier: $850 Spouse/Guest: $450
Registration Fees Include: Workshops, reception, hot breakfast and buffet lunch on Wednesday, and hot buffet breakfast on Thursday. Non-refundable after January 29, 2024.
Speakers will include Lisa Hasselbrook - Director and State Registrar, Department of Health, Bureau of Health, and Registries, Scott Grim - Executive Director, PA State Coroners Association and more!
This conference is beneficial for funeral service management professionals and will cover topics ranging from cultural diversity to the lifecycle of the funeral home.

Chocolate World - Visit the official visitor’s center of Hershey – where there is more chocolate than you can imagine! While there, explore on your own and take the Hershey’s Great American Chocolate Tour ride to learn how Hershey’s chocolate is made or enjoy one of their attractions. Then, stock up on your favorite Hershey’s brand confections and candies or try their decadent homemade fudge and freshly baked cookies. You will also find sweet gifts and souvenirs, including toys, apparel, collectables, and special gifts that you can create! Visitor’s Center and Great American Chocolate Tour are complimentary.
Troegs Brewery - Approximately 3/4 of a mile from The Hotel Hershey. Troegs is a great "hangout" for beer enthusiasts and offers both self guided and "behind the scene" tours for guests.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Track - Casino and/or horse racing enthusiasts, Hollywood Casino is an approximate 20 minute ride from The Hotel Hershey. They offer a wide variety of activities to include Top Golf Simulator Booths, table/slot machine play, live and simulated horse racing, etc.
Escape Room Hershey - This is located in downtown Hershey, they can accommodate approximately 30 guests at one time which are split into teams amongst several escape rooms.
Stumpy's Hatchet House - Located within steps of the Escape Room Hershey, Stumpy's Hatchet House offers a fun axe throwing experience indoors (BYOB) and is also available for groups.
AACA Museum - a Smithsonian affiliate and the only museum of it's kind in the country - located approximately 10 minutes from The Hotel Hershey - Rotating displays take car enthusiasts back in time to their childhood memories and beyond. This would be a great indoor option and full service catering offerings are available for guests as they roam throughout the museum.
